Getting There

Walking
From Europa Point, head north towards the main road, known as the Europa Road. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the main road leading to the city of Gibraltar. Once you reach the junction, take a right and follow the road as it bends towards the east. Continue walking straight until you see the bus stop for the number 3 bus on your left, which will take you towards La Línea de la Concepción. Board the bus and ride it until you reach the La Línea bus terminal. From there, you will need to walk to the border crossing into Spain.

At the La Línea bus terminal, look for the bus that goes to Cádiz. You will need to transfer at the Cádiz bus terminal. The ride will take approximately 1-1.5 hours. Once you arrive at Cádiz, find your way to the Plaza de España and locate the bus that goes to Ensenada de Bolonia. This bus will take you directly to the archaeological site of Baelo Claudia.

Upon arriving at the Baelo Claudia site, you will see directional signs pointing to the archaeological area from the bus stop. Follow the signs through the entrance of the site, where you can explore the historical ruins. Make sure to check the opening hours to plan your visit accordingly.
