Bus
From Chania, take the local bus from the KTEL bus station located at 1866 Square. Look for the bus heading to Sougia. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Sougia bus terminal, you will need to walk towards the beach and follow the signs to the Lissos gorge trailhead, which is about a 30-minute walk from the bus stop.
Taxi
You can take a taxi from anywhere in Chania directly to the Lissos gorge. Taxis are available throughout the city, and you can ask your hotel to call one for you. The trip takes about 45 minutes, and the driver will take you as close to the gorge trailhead as possible. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the hiking trail leading into Lissos gorge.

If you are staying in a nearby village like Agia Roumeli, you can walk to Lissos gorge. From Agia Roumeli, head towards the beach and look for the trail that leads to the gorge. The hike is scenic and takes about 1 hour. Make sure to bring plenty of water and wear comfortable shoes.
