From Chania, you can take a bus to the village of Sougia. Buses to Sougia depart from the Chania KTEL bus station, which is located at 1866 Square in the city center. The journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Sougia, you will need to walk to the start of the hiking trail leading to Lissos gorge.

After arriving in Sougia, head towards the beach and follow the signs to the Lissos archaeological site. The hiking trail begins near the beach and is well-marked. The hike to Lissos gorge takes about 1 hour, and you will enjoy stunning views along the way. The path is relatively easy to navigate, but be sure to wear comfortable shoes.
