If you are starting from the Heraklion Archaeological Museum, exit the museum and head west on 25th August Street. Continue straight until you reach the large square, Plateia Eleftherias. From the square, take the street to your right (Dikaiosinis) and continue until you reach the intersection with Agiou Mina Street. Turn left onto Agiou Mina Street, and you will find the Cathedral of Agios Minas on your right at Ag. Mina 25.
