If you are starting from the Heraklion Archaeological Museum, exit the museum and head west on 25th August Street. Continue straight until you reach the large square, Plateia Eleftherias. From the square, take the street to your right (Dikaiosinis) and continue until you reach the intersection with Agiou Mina Street. Turn left onto Agiou Mina Street, and you will find the Cathedral of Agios Minas on your right at Ag. Mina 25.

If you are starting from the central bus station of Heraklion, exit the bus station and head southeast on Ikarou Street. Continue straight until you reach 25th August Street. Turn left onto 25th August Street and follow it until you get to Plateia Eleftherias.
