From the center of Heraklion, head to the Central Bus Station (KTEL) located at 29, 1866 Square. Purchase a ticket for Arkalochori, which is a town near Lyrarakis Winery. Buses to Arkalochori run regularly, approximately every 30-60 minutes. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Arkalochori, exit the bus and look for local signs or ask for directions to Alagni, as Lyrarakis Winery is located in Alagni, about 3 km away. You can consider taking a taxi from Arkalochori to the winery if you don't wish to walk.
