From the center of Heraklion, head to the bus station located at 2 Odos 1821. Look for the KTEL bus service that goes to Agios Nikolaos, as it will stop near Moni Kardiotissis. When you reach the stop for Moni Kardiotissis, disembark and follow the signs toward the monastery, which is approximately a 10-minute walk uphill.
