From Katerini, head to the Katerini Bus Station located in the center of the city. Purchase a ticket for the bus heading to Litochoro or Dion. The buses run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the Litochoro bus stop.

Once you arrive at Litochoro, head towards the town center. Follow the main road (E65) toward the direction of Mount Olympus. After about 1 km, you will see signs for the Olympus National Park. Follow the signs leading to the Prionia trailhead, which is about 10 km from Litochoro.
