    From Katerini, head to the Katerini Bus Station (Ktel Katerinis), located at Agios Nikolaos 2. You can take a local bus from there to Litochoro. The bus ride typically takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Litochoro, you will need to navigate to the trailhead for Mount Olympus, which is approximately 5 km away.

  • Walking

    From the Litochoro Bus Station, exit the station and head southwest on Ethniki Odos 1. After around 1 km, turn left onto a smaller road leading to the Enipeas Gorge. Continue walking for about 2 km until you reach the entrance to the Mount Olympus National Park. Follow the signs to the trailhead.

  • Taxi

    Alternatively, from the Litochoro Bus Station, you can take a taxi directly to the Prionia area, which is a common starting point for hikes up Mount Olympus. The taxi ride will take around 15-20 minutes.
