If you are traveling by car from Mytilene, head northwest on E90 towards Plomari. Continue on E90 for about 60 kilometers. Once you reach the town of Kalloni, follow signs to Skala Kallonis. After you arrive at Skala Kallonis, take the ferry to Poros Island. The ferry ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once on Poros, follow the main road to the center of the town where the Archaeological Museum is located at Πόρος 180 20. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a small fee.

To reach the Archaeological Museum of Poros using public transportation, start your journey from Mytilene by taking a bus to Kalloni. The bus service is operated by KTEL and runs several times a day.
