If you're starting from the Old Town of Rethymno, head towards the Venetian Harbor. Walk along the waterfront promenade until you reach the Rimondi Fountain, a well-known landmark. From the fountain, continue walking straight on the narrow street called Arkadiou Street. Keep following this street, which will eventually lead you to Emmanoil Vernardoy Street. Turn left onto Emmanoil Vernardoy Street, and you will find Neratze Mosque on your right side at number 2, just a short walk away.

If you are near the Rethymno Archaeological Museum, exit the museum and head south on Vasileos Konstantinou Street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Arkadiou Street. Turn left onto Arkadiou Street and continue walking until you reach the Rimondi Fountain. From there, follow the previous instructions to Neratze Mosque.

If you are in a more distant area and need public transport, take the local bus to the Rethymno Central Bus Station. From the bus station, exit and start walking towards the Old Town. Head towards the Old Town's main entrance located on Ethnikis Antistaseos Street. Once you enter the Old Town, follow the directions to the Rimondi Fountain, then proceed as described in the walking guidance to reach Neratze Mosque.
