Walking
If you are in the Old Town area of Rethymno, start at the Venetian Harbor. From the harbor, head east along the waterfront promenade (Akti Koundourou). Continue until you reach the end of the promenade where it meets the road. Turn left onto Ethnikis Antistaseos Street, and walk straight. After about 700 meters, you will reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto Kountourioti Street. Continue walking straight, and after approximately 300 meters, you will see a small square on your right. The Catholic Church of Saint Anthony of Padua is located at Μεσολογγίου 23, just a short distance from the square.

Public Transport
From the main bus station in Rethymno, take bus line 1 or 2 towards the town center. Get off at the stop near the Old Town (it will be marked). From the bus stop, walk towards the Venetian Harbor and follow the directions above starting from the harbor. Alternatively, you can walk from the bus station towards the Old Town, which is about a 15-minute walk.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Old Town area. Cycle towards the Venetian Harbor and proceed along the waterfront promenade (Akti Koundourou). After reaching the end of the promenade, turn left onto Ethnikis Antistaseos Street. Continue cycling straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Kountourioti Street and look for a small square on your right. The church is located at Μεσολογγίου 23, nearby.
