If you are traveling by car, start by driving south from Chania towards the village of Omalos. Follow signs for Samaria Gorge National Park. After reaching the park entrance, continue driving until you arrive at the end of the gorge near Agia Roumeli. From there, you can park your car in the designated parking area. The Roman Aqueduct is located to the east of Agia Roumeli, and you will need to hike approximately 30 minutes along the cliffs to reach the aqueduct.

To reach the Roman Aqueduct via public transportation, take a bus from Chania to Omalos. Once you arrive in Omalos, follow the signs to the Samaria Gorge entrance. After exploring the gorge, you can take a ferry from Agia Roumeli back to Chora Sfakion. From Chora Sfakion, catch a bus back to Chania.
