From the city center, take bus number 35 from Aristotelous Square towards 'Agios Pavlos'. Get off at the 'Agios Pavlos' stop, a short walk from the zoo. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Tickets can be purchased at kiosks or on the bus for around €1.00.
Taxi

Taxis are readily available throughout Thessaloniki. Inform the driver you wish to go to the Municipal Zoo of Thessaloniki at Leof. Ochi 25, Ag. Pavlos. The ride should take 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The fare from the city center typically ranges from €10-€15.
Walking

If you are in the city center, you can walk to the Municipal Zoo of Thessaloniki. Start at the White Tower and head south towards the waterfront promenade. Follow the promenade until you reach 'Leof. Nikis', then turn left and walk towards 'Leof. Ochi'. Continue on 'Leof. Ochi' for about 25 minutes, and you will find the Municipal Zoo on your right at Leof. Ochi 25.
