If you are driving, start from the center of St. George's. Head south on the main road (the Carenage) towards the St. George's Market Square. Continue on this road for about 1.5 km. As you pass the market, keep an eye out for the signs directing you toward Grand Anse. After about 1 km, turn left onto the road marked 'Morne Jaloux'. Continue on this road for about 1.2 km, and you will find Fran's Place located at the address 2778+FPG on your left.
Public Transportation
To reach Fran's Place by public transportation, head to the St. George's Bus Terminal, which is near the market. Look for a minibus heading to 'Grand Anse' or 'Morne Jaloux'. The fare is typically around 2-3 EC dollars. Inform the driver you want to get off at Morne Jaloux. Once you reach the stop, Fran's Place is a short walk from there, about 5 minutes down the road on your left.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in St. George's. Simply ask the driver to take you to Fran's Place at 2778+FPG. The fare to this location should be around 10-15 EC dollars depending on your starting point and time of day.
