Getting There

  • Driving

    From Agana, drive south on Marine Corps Drive (Route 1) until you reach Piti. Turn left onto Spruance Drive (Route 6) by the Veteran's Cemetery, heading east up Nimitz Hill. After 1.7 miles, turn right onto Larson Road. Park in the field at the dead end of Larson Road. From the parking area, follow the trail, taking the left onto the gravel/dirt road. Follow the dirt tracks to the paved road with a pipeline. Turn left and follow the road until you reach a fenced-in valve vault. Turn right, follow the road to the tower. To the right of the tower is a trail that follows the ridge line to a forest of palms. At the edge of the forest, you'll drop down into a river valley. There are ropes along the trail to assist your descent. Hike downstream carefully to reach the falls and swim hole.
