From Petit Bot Bay, head northeast along the coastal path that runs beside the bay. Follow the path for approximately 20 minutes, enjoying the scenic views of the coastline. You will reach a fork in the path; take the left path leading uphill. Continue walking for another 10 minutes until you reach Arsenal Road. Victoria Tower will be on your left.

If you are driving from Petit Bot Bay, exit the bay area and turn onto the main road (Route de La Lande). Follow this road for about 2 miles until you reach the junction with Arsenal Road.
