From Dynjandi Waterfall, start by heading south on Route 60 towards Þingeyri. After approximately 10 km, you will reach the junction with Route 61. Turn left onto Route 61 and continue for about 30 km. Follow the signs towards Rauðisandur, which will lead you to Route 63. This route will take you directly to Rauðisandur Beach. The drive from Dynjandi to Rauðisandur takes about 45 minutes. Be aware that some rental cars may need to be 4WD, depending on road conditions.

Currently, there are limited public transportation options to Rauðisandur from Dynjandi. However, you can take a bus from the nearby town of Þingeyri.
