Get off at the stop 'Hlemmur', which is a major bus terminal in Reykjavík. From Hlemmur, walk east on Laugavegur street for about 10 minutes. Turn right onto Suðurgata, and the National Museum of Iceland will be on your left at Suðurgata 41.
