Bus
From the center of Kopavogur, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is likely to be at the Kopavogur Town Hall. Take the bus number 8 towards 'Mosfellsbær'. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the 'Mosfellsbær' stop. From there, walk towards the main road (about 10 minutes) and follow the signs leading to Laxnes Horse Farm. It’s about 1.5 kilometers from the bus stop, and you will see the farm on your right.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from a local shop in Kopavogur. Start by heading north towards the main road, then take a left onto Route 1 (the Ring Road). Continue on Route 1 for about 4 kilometers, and then take the exit towards Mosfellsbær. Follow the signs for Laxnes Horse Farm, which will be on your left. The total cycling time should be around 20-30 minutes, depending on your speed.

For those who enjoy walking, you can embark on a scenic route. Start at Kopavogur Town Hall and head north through the local parks towards the coast. Follow the coastal path until you reach the main road. Turn right and continue walking along the road for about 4 kilometers. You will pass some beautiful landscapes along the way. Laxnes Horse Farm will be on your left. This walk may take about 1.5 to 2 hours.
