To reach The Geothermal Exhibition from Reykjavík, start by getting onto Route 1 (the Ring Road) heading south. Continue on Route 1 for approximately 30 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Hellisheiði Power Station (Hellisheiðarvirkjun). Take the exit for Hellisheiði Power Station, and follow the signs to the exhibition, which will be located at Hellisheiðarvirkjun, 816 Ölfus. There is free parking available on-site.

To access The Geothermal Exhibition via public transport, begin your journey at the Reykjavík Bus Terminal (BSÍ). Take bus number 51 towards Þorlákshöfn. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes. You will need to get off at the stop named 'Hellisheiði Power Station'. From there, it is a short walk (about 1 kilometer) to The Geothermal Exhibition, following the signs. Note that the bus fare costs around 1,500 ISK for a one-way trip.
