If you are in the heart of Vesturbær, head toward the main road, Suðurgata. From the intersection of Háskólatorg (University Square), walk straight down Suðurgata for about 10 minutes. You will pass various local shops and cafés on your left and right. Continue until you see the entrance to Hólavallagarður, which is on your right. Look for the sign indicating the cemetery, located at 43V2+RRG, Suðurgata.

To take the bus, find the nearest bus stop on Suðurgata. You can catch bus number 11, which runs frequently. Board the bus and stay on for about 3 stops until you reach the stop named 'Hólavallagarður'. From there, it is just a short walk back toward Suðurgata, and you will see the entrance to the cemetery. The bus fare is approximately 490 ISK for a single journey.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Vesturbær. Once you have your bike, head toward Suðurgata and ride along the bike lane. The ride should take about 5 minutes. As you approach the area of Hólavallagarður, park your bike at the designated bike rack near the entrance.
