From there, the trailhead to Magnúsarfoss is accessible.

If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Reykjavík to Höfn. Once you arrive in Höfn, you will need to take a local taxi or arrange for a shuttle service to Skaftafell, as there are no direct public transport links to the park. The ride from Höfn to Skaftafell will take about 30 minutes. After arriving at the Skaftafell Visitor Centre, follow the marked trails to reach Magnúsarfoss.
