Car
If you are traveling by car, start by heading north on Highway 93 from any location in the Bitterroot Mountains. Continue to follow Highway 93 until you reach the junction with Interstate 90 (I-90). Merge onto I-90 East towards Missoula. After approximately 28 miles, take Exit 0 for Mullan. At the exit, turn left onto the exit ramp and follow the signs to Lookout Pass Ski & Recreation Area. The ski area is located just a short drive from the exit, approximately 1 mile ahead.

If you are using public transportation, you can take a Greyhound bus from various locations in the Bitterroot Mountains to the nearest bus station in Missoula, MT. From Missoula, you'll need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you to Lookout Pass Ski & Recreation Area. The ski area is about 90 miles from Missoula. Be sure to check the bus schedules in advance, as they may not run frequently.
