Driving
Dickson Mounds State Museum is located at 10956 N Dickson Mounds Rd, Lewistown, IL 61542. From Lewistown, head north on Illinois Route 78/97. Turn right onto N Dickson Mounds Road. The museum will be on your left. Free parking is available at the museum. Note that the museum parking lot closes at 4 PM; after that, use the Eveland Village or Picnic Hill parking lots.
