If you're driving from downtown Prairie State, head north on IL-2 N. Continue on this road for about 15 miles. Take the exit for US-20 W towards Rockford. Merge onto US-20 W and continue for approximately 7 miles. Take the exit towards Guilford Rd. Turn right onto Guilford Rd, and you will find Midway Village Museum on your left at 6799 Guilford Rd, Rockford, IL 61107. There is free parking available on-site.

To reach Midway Village Museum by public transportation, start by taking the Pace Bus Route 25 from downtown Prairie State. You will need to transfer to the Rockford Mass Transit District (RMTD) at the Rockford Transit Center. Take the RMTD Route 12 towards the North End. Get off at the Guilford Rd & Phelps Ave stop. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to the museum. Please check the Pace and RMTD websites for the latest schedules and fares. A one-way fare on the Pace Bus is typically around $2.00.
