Getting There

Walking
Start from the Darjeeling Chowrasta (Mall Road), a central point in Darjeeling. Walk down the Mall Road until you reach the junction at the Gandhi Road. From there, take a left onto Gandhi Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Lebong Cart Road. Take a right onto Lebong Cart Road. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will see a sign for the Rock Garden. Follow the road signs, and after a short walk, you will arrive at the Rock Garden Water Fall point.

Public Transport (Shared Jeep)
From Darjeeling Chowrasta, head to the nearest shared jeep stand located on the Mall Road. Take a shared jeep heading towards Ghoom or Lamahatta. Inform the driver that you want to go to Rock Garden. The jeep will drop you at the nearest point to the Rock Garden. From there, it is about a 20-30 minute walk downhill to the Rock Garden Water Fall point. Follow the path that leads down to the waterfall.

Hiking
If you are an adventurous tourist, you can hike directly to the Rock Garden Water Fall point. Starting from the Darjeeling Mall, take the path towards the back of the Chowrasta towards the Observatory Hill. Follow the trail that leads down through the forests and tea gardens. The hike is about 3 kilometers and may take around 1-1.5 hours depending on your pace. Enjoy the scenic views along the way. The trail will eventually lead you to the Rock Garden Water Fall point.
