From Kochi, take NH 544 towards Angamaly. After around 18 km, turn onto the Kuttampuzha Road (also known as Thattekadu - Kuttampuzha Road). Follow this road for approximately 30 km until you reach Thattekadu. Keep an eye out for the signs indicating the Dr. Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary, as Thattekadu Bridge is very close to this landmark.
