    If you are in the heart of Shillong, start from Police Bazar, which is a central area. Head east on GS Road towards the junction at the end of the bazaar. Continue straight onto Mawlai Road, then take a left onto Hopkinson Road. Follow Hopkinson Road until you reach the location at HV9P+RPM, Lachumiere. The Meghalaya Tourism office should be on your left.

    From Police Bazar, take a local bus heading towards Lachumiere. Buses are frequent and you can ask the conductor to drop you off near Hopkinson Road. Once you get off, walk a short distance along Hopkinson Road, and you will find Meghalaya Tourism at HV9P+RPM.
