Car
If you are driving from the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre, head southwest on the N67 towards Doolin. Continue for about 8 km until you reach Doolin. As you enter Doolin, look for signs directing you towards Doolin Cave. Turn left onto the R478, and then take the first right onto Craggycorradan West. Follow the road until you see the entrance to Doolin Cave on your left. There is parking available on site, but be aware that there may be a parking fee.

Public Transportation
From the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre, take the Bus Éireann route 350 towards Ennistymon. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Doolin stop. From there, you can either walk (about 2.5 km) or take a local taxi to Doolin Cave. If walking, head towards the R478 road and follow it until you reach Craggycorradan West, where you will find Doolin Cave on your left.
