From Ennis, head to the Ennis Bus Station located at 1-2 O'Connell Street, Ennis, Co. Clare. Take the Bus Éireann route 350 towards Doolin. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Doolin stop, which is near the village center. From the bus stop, walk towards the main road (R478) and head south. Follow the signs for Doolin Cave, which is about a 20-minute walk (1.5 km) from the bus stop. You will pass by local shops and scenic views along the way.

You can also take a taxi directly from Ennis to Doolin Cave. Simply ask at your accommodation for a local taxi service, or you can call a taxi company such as Clare Taxis (+353 65 682 2020). The journey will take around 30 minutes, and you can instruct the driver to take you to Doolin Cave at Craggycorradan West, Doolin, Co. Clare.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, you can take a longer scenic route from Ennis to Doolin, which is approximately 20 km. Start from the center of Ennis and walk along the R458 road towards Corofin. Continue on the R458 until you reach the junction with the R479, where you will turn left towards Doolin. Follow the R479 and enjoy the beautiful countryside views. This journey will take several hours, so plan accordingly and wear appropriate walking shoes.
