From the Wicklow Mountains, head towards the R750 road. Follow the R750 until you reach the junction with the N11. Merge onto the N11 heading north. After approximately 15 kilometers, take the exit toward Kilternan/Howth. Continue on the R119 road until you reach the town of Howth. Once in Howth, follow the signs for Balscadden Bay Beach. The beach is located at 7, 9 Balscadden Rd, Howth, Dublin. There is street parking available, but it may incur a fee depending on the time of day.
