    If you're driving from the center of Wicklow Mountains, take the N11 road heading north. Follow the N11 for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction with the R105. Take the R105 exit towards Howth. Continue on R105 for about 10 km until you enter Howth. Once in Howth, follow signs for Balscadden Road. You will find Balscadden Bay Beach at 7, 9 Balscadden Rd. There is parking available nearby.

    From Wicklow Mountains, take a bus to Dublin city center. You can catch the 133 or 145 buses that frequently run to Dublin. Once in Dublin, switch to the DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) train towards Howth at Tara Street station. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at Howth station. From the station, it's about a 20-minute walk to Balscadden Bay Beach. Exit the station and follow the main road towards the harbor, then take a left onto Balscadden Rd. The beach will be on your right at 7, 9 Balscadden Rd.
