If you're starting from the Akko Old City, head towards the main entrance at the Citadel. Once you're out of the Citadel, walk straight along the main street (Ha-Hagana Street) until you reach the intersection with Hativat Golani Street. Turn right onto Hativat Golani Street and continue walking until you reach the end of the street. The Ramhal Synagogue is located on the left side, just past the intersection with Yefet Street.
