From Manger Square in Bethlehem, head northeast towards Star Street (Derech HaKoresh). Walk along Star Street until you reach the intersection with the main road (Hebron Road). Cross the road and continue walking straight. After approximately 1.5 km, you will reach the checkpoint. Pass through the checkpoint to enter Jerusalem. Once you are in Jerusalem, continue straight for about 700 meters, and you will see the signs directing you to the Saint Peter in Gallicantu church located on the right side at Malachi Hashalom Street.
Public Transportation
From Manger Square, walk to the bus station located nearby. Look for buses heading to Jerusalem; the bus number 21 is a good option. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride which lasts about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Zion Square' stop in Jerusalem. From there, you can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) or take a taxi to Saint Peter in Gallicantu. If walking, head southeast on Jaffa Street, then turn left onto King David Street until you reach Malachi Hashalom Street where the church is located.

If you prefer a more direct approach, you can take a taxi from Manger Square directly to Saint Peter in Gallicantu. Taxis are readily available in the square. Inform the driver that you want to go to 'Saint Peter in Gallicantu' on Malachi Hashalom Street in Jerusalem. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
