Walking
From your location in Ein Gedi, head towards the main road (Route 90) that runs along the Dead Sea. Walk north along Route 90 for about 7 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 1. At this junction, you will need to take a bus to Jerusalem. Look for the Egged bus stop along the road and catch a bus heading to Jerusalem. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 hours.

Public Transport
Upon arriving at the central bus station in Jerusalem, exit the bus terminal and head towards the light rail station located nearby. Take the light rail towards the 'Mount Herzl' direction and get off at the 'City Hall' station. From there, it is approximately a 15-minute walk to the Four Sephardi Synagogues. Exit the station and walk towards Jaffa Street, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Bait el 18, where the synagogues are located.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take a taxi from the bus station in Jerusalem. Taxis are available outside the station. Inform the driver you want to go to Bait el 18, Jerusalem. The taxi ride will take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
