If you are starting from the popular area of Carmel Market (Shuk HaCarmel), exit the market and head west on Allenby Street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Yehuda Halevi Street. Turn left onto Yehuda Halevi Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Bar Hoffman Street. Turn right onto Bar Hoffman Street, and you will find Immanuel Church at number 15 on your left.

Public Transport - Bus
From the Tel Aviv-Yafo port area, walk to the nearest bus stop at HaYarkon Street. Take bus number 10 or 18 towards Jaffa. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Yehuda Halevi/Bar Hoffman'. From there, walk along Bar Hoffman Street for about 5 minutes, and you will see Immanuel Church at number 15 on your right.

If you are near the Tel Aviv HaShalom train station, take a train headed towards the southern cities (like Ashkelon or Be'er Sheva). Get off at the Tel Aviv HaHagana station. From the station, you can take a bus (number 10 or 18) or a taxi to reach Immanuel Church. If taking the bus, head to the nearby bus stop and take the bus as described above, or if you prefer, take a taxi directly to Bar Hoffman Street 15.
