From the main square of Assisi (Piazza del Comune), head east on Via San Francesco. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via del Comune Vecchio. Turn left onto Via del Comune Vecchio and keep walking until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn right onto Via Santa Chiara. Continue following this street until you reach the intersection with Via San Francesco again. Turn left onto Via San Francesco, and continue straight until you see signs for the bus station. From there, take the bus to Gubbio, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. Once you arrive at Gubbio, exit the bus station and walk towards the center of town. Follow signs to Via Monte Ingino, and the Basilica of Sant'Ubaldo will be on your left.

From Assisi, make your way to the local bus station located near the main square (Piazza del Comune). Look for the bus routes heading to Gubbio. Purchase a ticket from the ticket counter or vending machine. Board the bus, and it will take you directly to Gubbio in approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Gubbio, exit the bus station, and head towards the center of town. Follow the signs for Via Monte Ingino, and the Basilica of Sant'Ubaldo will be on your left.
