From the Basilica of San Francesco d'Assisi, head east on Via San Francesco. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Portica. Turn left onto Via Portica and walk until you reach the junction with Viale Umberto I. Cross over to the other side of Viale Umberto I and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via Campiglione. Turn right onto Via Campiglione, and you will find Cantina SAIO Assisi at number 94/A on your left.

If you are at the main square, Piazza del Comune, exit the square and take Via Bernardino di Betto. Follow this street until it leads you to the intersection with Via San Francesco. Turn left and follow the same directions as above from the Basilica of San Francesco.
