If you are starting from the Basilica of Santa Chiara, exit the basilica and head south on Via del Seminario. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via San Francesco. Turn left onto Via San Francesco and walk until you reach the Piazza San Francesco. From the piazza, continue along Via San Francesco, which will turn into Via del Comune. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Via del Prato. Continue straight onto Via del Prato until you reach the small square at the end. Galleria d'arte contemporanea is located at Traversa degli Ancaiani, just a short walk from here.

Starting from the Assisi train station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop in front of the station. Take the local bus to the center of Assisi (the bus will drop you off at Piazza Matteotti). From Piazza Matteotti, walk towards Via Santa Maria degli Angeli and continue onto Via San Francesco. Follow the street until you reach the intersection with Via del Comune. Continue straight onto this road until you find Via del Prato. Walk straight until you reach Traversa degli Ancaiani, where Galleria d'arte contemporanea is located.
