Once you reach the city center, navigate to Via Garibaldi and then turn onto Vico del Campanile delle Vigne. Santa Maria delle Vigne will be on your left at number 5. Please note that parking in the city center can be challenging, so look for nearby parking garages or street parking, which might incur costs.

If you are traveling by train, head to Genoa's main train station, 'Genova Piazza Principe.' From there, you can either take a taxi or walk approximately 20 minutes to Santa Maria delle Vigne. To walk, exit the station and head towards Via Balbi, continuing straight until you reach Via Garibaldi. Follow it until you find Vico del Campanile delle Vigne. This journey is free if you choose to walk, but a taxi ride will cost around €10-15.
