You will need to get off at the stop 'Macciano'. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to the Olivo secolare di Macciano. Follow the signs towards Località Macciano, and you will find the olive tree in the open air museum.

If you prefer to walk, start from the center of Perugia and head towards Via dei Priori. Continue straight until you reach Corso Vannucci, then turn left. Walk until you reach the bus station at Piazza Partigiani. From there, take the bus as mentioned above. Alternatively, you can walk along the scenic paths towards Giano dell'Umbria, which takes about 2 hours, but ensure you have a map or GPS, as the paths can be less marked.
