From Perugia, head to the main bus station, 'Piazza Partigiani'. Look for the bus services heading to Montefalco. Purchase a ticket to Montefalco at the kiosk or on the bus. The bus ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Montefalco bus station, exit the station and head south on Via Cavour. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Via Ringhiera Umbra, then turn left. The Museo di San Francesco will be located on your left at number 6.

Train and Bus
Take a train from Perugia's main train station ('Stazione di Perugia') to Foligno. The train ride will take around 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Foligno, exit the train station and locate the bus stop for Montefalco. Board the bus to Montefalco, which will take about 20 minutes. After arriving at the Montefalco bus station, walk south along Via Cavour until you reach the intersection with Via Ringhiera Umbra. Turn left, and you will find the Museo di San Francesco at number 6, about a 5-minute walk away.

If you prefer to walk from the center of Perugia, start at 'Piazza IV Novembre'. Head south on Corso Vannucci and continue until you reach 'Piazza Italia'. From there, take Via della Fiera and follow it until you reach the outskirts of the city. You will need to navigate through some quiet roads; it is advisable to use a map or a navigation app. The walk is about 14 km and can take approximately 3-4 hours, depending on your pace.
