To reach the Santuario del Sacro Tugurio di Rivotorto from the center of Perugia, head to the main bus station at Piazza Partigiani. Look for the bus that goes towards Assisi (usually numbered 5 or 6). Purchase your ticket from the ticket machine or the kiosk. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop 'Rivotorto'. From the bus stop, walk straight for about 300 meters along Via della Regola di S. Francesco, and you will find the sanctuary on your left.

If you prefer to walk, start from the central Piazza IV Novembre in Perugia. Head south towards Corso Vannucci, and continue until you reach Via dei Priori. Turn right and continue until you reach Via della Repubblica. Follow Via della Repubblica, then make a left onto Via della Regola di S. Francesco. The walk will take approximately 1 hour and will cover around 4 km. The Santuario del Sacro Tugurio di Rivotorto will be on your left at number 2.
