Continue on Via Roma until you reach the intersection with Viale Gramsci. Turn left onto Viale Gramsci and follow it until you reach Piazza del Duomo, where you can see the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. From Piazza del Duomo, head south on Via Santa Maria. After about 400 meters, you will reach the city walls. Continue walking along the walls until you get to Porta Santa Maria. Once you pass through the gate, turn left onto Via del Molinetto and then take the first right onto Via San Paolino. Continue straight, and you will arrive at Piazza Anfiteatro in approximately 1.5 kilometers.
