Getting There

    If you are starting from Lucca's main train station (Stazione di Lucca), exit the station and head towards the city center. Walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers along Via della Stazione until you reach the city walls. Once you reach the walls, turn right onto Viale Giuseppe Garibaldi and continue walking until you reach Porta San Pietro, which is one of the main gates of Lucca. From Porta San Pietro, walk straight along Via Fillungo, a popular shopping street, until you reach Piazza San Michele. Continue straight through the square, and you will find Borgo Gate shortly after, on your right, at I Borgi.

    You can take a local bus from various points in Lucca. Find the nearest bus stop and board a bus heading towards the city center (Centro). Once you reach the main square, Piazza San Michele, disembark and walk along Via Fillungo. Borgo Gate is located shortly after the main square on your right at I Borgi.
