If you are driving, start from the Portofino main square (Piazza Martiri dell'Olivetta). Head southeast towards Via Roma, then take a right onto the SP227 road. Follow the signs towards Genoa (Genova). After about 30 minutes, you will reach the outskirts of Genoa. As you approach, keep an eye out for signs directing you to the city center. Once there, park your car at one of the public parking lots available near the historic center. From the parking area, walk towards Via Garibaldi, then take a left onto Vico del Campanile delle Vigne, where you will find Santa Maria delle Vigne located at number 5.

To reach Santa Maria delle Vigne using public transportation, start at the Portofino bus stop located near the harbor. Take the bus service 'Sestri Levante - Portofino' (Bus 82) towards Santa Margherita Ligure. After about 15-20 minutes, get off at the Santa Margherita Ligure train station. From there, take the train towards Genoa Brignole station. Once you arrive at Genoa Brignole, transfer to the metro or a local bus heading towards the city center. Disembark at the stop 'De Ferrari' and walk towards Via Garibaldi. Continue walking until you reach Vico del Campanile delle Vigne, where Santa Maria delle Vigne is located.
