    If you are near the Colosseum, head northwest on Via di San Giovanni in Laterano toward Piazza di San Giovanni in Laterano. Continue straight onto Via Labicana, and then turn left onto Via Merulana. Keep walking until you reach Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II. From there, take the Via dello Statuto, and follow it until you reach Via Cavour. Turn right onto Via Cavour and then left onto Via dei Fori Imperiali which will lead you towards Piazza Venezia. From Piazza Venezia, take Via del Corso heading south. When you reach Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina, turn left onto Via del Politeama. Continue until you reach Lungotevere de' Cenci, where Tempio Maggiore is located.
