Take Line A (the orange line) of the Rome Metro. If you are starting from Termini Station, board the train towards Battistini. Get off at the 'Spagna' station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the Spanish Steps. From the top of the Spanish Steps, you will see the Trinità dei Monti church directly at the top of the steps.
