From the Piazza della Cisterna, head east on Via San Giovanni. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via di San Matteo. Turn left onto Via di San Matteo and walk until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn right onto Via della Madonna. Continue walking straight until you reach the entrance of San Gimignano's old town gates. Once inside, follow the signs towards Piazza della Repubblica. From there, take Via delle Pietà, keep walking straight, and you will find Eco Tours Italia on your left at Via dei Girolami, 8r.

If you are at the San Gimignano bus station, exit the station and head towards the old town. Walk along Via Roma, which turns into Via San Giovanni.
