Once you arrive in Venice, park your car at one of the designated parking garages, such as 'Piazza Roma' or 'Tronchetto'. From 'Piazza Roma', you can take the People Mover monorail to 'Marittima' and then transfer to a Vaporetto (water bus) Line 1 or 2 to reach 'San Marco'. After getting off at 'San Marco', walk towards Riva degli Schiavoni, and the Monument to Victor Emmanuel II will be in view along the waterfront.

Public Transportation
From various locations within the Venetian Riviera, take a train to Venice Santa Lucia station. Upon arriving at Santa Lucia, exit the station and head towards the Vaporetto (water bus) stop. You can take Line 1 or 2 towards 'San Marco'. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach the 'San Marco' stop, disembark and walk towards Riva degli Schiavoni, where the Monument to Victor Emmanuel II is located along the waterfront.
