If you're starting from the iconic Piazza San Marco (St. Mark's Square), head northwest towards the Calle Larga dei Bari. Continue straight until you reach the Vaporetto stop at San Zaccaria. Take the Vaporetto Line 1 towards Piazzale Roma and get off at the stop called 'Rialto'. From Rialto, walk along the Strada Nova towards the Campo San Polo. Once you reach Campo San Polo, you will find the Tintoretto Scuola Grande di San Rocco located at San Polo, 3054, a, 30125 Venezia VE, on your left.

Starting from the Santa Lucia Train Station, exit the station and head towards the Grand Canal. You can either take the Vaporetto Line 1 or walk. If you choose to walk, cross the Ponte della Costituzione (the new bridge) and continue straight until you reach the Rialto Bridge. From Rialto Bridge, follow the directions above to reach Tintoretto Scuola Grande di San Rocco.
