If you are at St. Mark's Square, exit towards the Basilica and head towards the Doge's Palace. From there, continue along the waterfront (Riva degli Schiavoni) until you reach the Grand Canal. Turn left and continue until you find a bridge leading to the left bank. Cross the bridge and follow the signs towards the Jewish Ghetto. Keep walking straight until you reach Fondamenta de Ca' Vendramin, where L'Isola di Pinocchio is located at number 2417.
